Private Sessions

I am now offering virtual one-on-one private online sessions via Zoom or FaceTime. 

Sometimes the needs of a beginner are unmet in large group classes, which often move too quickly, can be overwhelming, and may even be potentially injurious. In a personalized setting, I can tailor my approach to you. You will receive my full attention and develop a detailed understanding of the postures and breath. 

I help you to create a space in your own home that is a place to unwind, let go of stress and take a much-needed “time-out” from the preoccupations of the day. I also provide you with short, easy-to-follow routines that you can do on your own, so that you will develop an autonomous personal home practice, one that you can take with you anywhere, anytime, for the rest of your life.

No prior experience, body type, age, or flexibility is required. We start from the ground up, and progress comes quickly. The focus is on you, and is geared to your capabilities and your goals.

If you are a more experienced student looking to deepen your practice, a private session can be a turning point for us to dissect your existing practice, correct habits that are no longer serving you, and discover proper alignment techniques that will set the stage for radical future progress.
